My time training with Joey was well spent. Joey’s patience and attention to details where phenomenal, he helped critique my form on the deadlift, squat, bench press and push jerk. As a result of this attention to detail, my deadlift improved by 40 lbs, my squat increased by 50 lbs and my push jerk increased by 50 lbs in an approximately six month period. Joey’s program was very thorough and detailed as well, all of the workouts were lengthy, solid, and well rounded, covering all areas, and targeting my weak points. ~Ryan McDaniel
